MIW Builders is hiring for a full-time Office Coordinator in our second office in Tirana, Albania.
We are looking for someone who is ENERGETIC, MULTITASKING & DETAIL-ORIENTED.
This candidate should reflect great professionalism, a huge desire to work, and a strong customer service background.

Office Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:.

-Organize and coordinate the work in Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive (IMS, QuickBooks, -CRM training included for these software programs programs).
-Filling out permits and sending them for approval.
-Answer all incoming calls and make calls for the respective processes.
-Create reports in Excel, balance sheets and keeps them up to date (Microsoft Excel skills a must).
-Follow up on new inquiries via phone and email.

Office Coordinator Skills and Specifications:

-MUST speak, read and write English fluently (no exceptions/no negotiations).
-MUST possess a Bachelor's degree (construction or engineering related would be a plus).
-Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
-Must have outstanding organizational skills & have an eye for details.
-Eager to learn and able to rapidly pick up new skills and responsibilities.
- To appreciate and actively support a workplace culture of positivity, respect, and teamwork.
-MUST have at least 2 years of work experience (coordinating/management)

The work schedule is Monday through Friday 2:00 PM- 10:30 PM.
Salary: 70’000 ALL (Taxi service provided for the evening ride home)
