Position Summary

Reportage Albania is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer to join our real estate development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that captures the essence of our projects, developments, and brand identity. This role will play a vital part in promoting properties, documenting progress, and enhancing the company’s visual storytelling across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities

·       Plan, film, and edit video content for property showcases, corporate presentations, marketing campaigns, and social media.

·       Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative video concepts aligned with project goals and branding.

·       Capture aerial footage (drone) and on-site visuals of construction progress, completed properties, and events.

·       Manage all phases of video production — pre-production, shooting, editing, sound, and final delivery.

·       Maintain and organize video equipment, ensuring all gear is in excellent working condition.

·       Adapt videos for multiple platforms and formats (website, social media, TV, LED screens, etc.).

·       Work closely with photographers, designers, and content creators to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

·       Stay updated on video trends, editing tools, and real estate visual marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

·       Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

·       Minimum 2–3 years of professional videography experience, ideally in real estate, architecture, or marketing.

·       Proficiency with video and photo editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).

·       Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and composition.

·       Drone operation and certification is a plus.

·       Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·       Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.

·       Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
